Efficiency drive..

The past couple of weeks have seen a major upheaval in how we've been working at Subsource.. and I can happily say it doesn't feel like the same band as it did a couple of weeks ago. It's all gone very organised and office-like.. buzzwords like 'communication' and 'deadlines' are abound. The thing that has changed our work pattern the most is a new forum/bulletin board on our site.. not quite sure how we managed without it before but it's been invaluable.. surreal at the same time. Imagine Spinal Tap having board meetings over a coffee and discussing project management.. it's really not far off. Part of the forum is going public so get registered and say hi!

In other news, we're bracing ourselves for our biggest gig so far - headlining the Beatherder festival alongside Dreadzone and Eat Static. We're so up for this one.
