For The Love Of Money (update)

It always irritates me when you hear ongoing stuff on the news and they don't report the conclusion. (e.g. like when some rare platypus at some zoo needs some life-saving operation and they're raising funds and you don't hear whether they manage it or whether it keels over.. obvioulsy I can't think of a good example right now, but you get the gist)

So I feel like I'm fulfilling some moral obligation here (for those who were vaguely interested) by letting you know that the day after I posted with tongue-firmly-in-cheek about not having money from the Surrey Uni gig, we were kindly contacted and given a generous amount of cash very soon after that. We've already placed the order for four matching red ferrarris with flames down the side and 'Subsource' written across the bonnet.
